Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to purchases made from Briarstone Home through BriarstoneHom.com.

These Terms should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and Terms of Service.

Products

We sell home-furnishing accents and decorative products, including decorative trays, candle holder sets, decorative vases, and wall mirrors.

Product descriptions, measurements, materials, and images are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

Minor variations in color, texture, finish, size, or appearance may occur because of screen settings, lighting, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Prices and Taxes

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout.

We may change product prices before an order is placed.

If a pricing or listing error affects an order, we may contact the customer for instructions or cancel the order and refund any collected payment.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when it is confirmed for fulfillment or shipped.

We may decline or cancel an order before shipment because of:

• Unavailable inventory;

• Payment authorization problems;

• Suspected fraud;

• Pricing or listing errors;

• Shipping restrictions; or

• Quantity limitations.

Payment

Payment must be authorized using an accepted payment method at checkout.

By submitting an order, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method;

• Your billing information is accurate; and

• You authorize the payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.

Contact support@briarstonehom.com with your order number.

If the order has already shipped, it must be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship only within the United States and provide free standard shipping.

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after shipment.

We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Inspection and Product Problems

Inspect your product promptly after delivery.

Damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 calendar days after delivery.

Your report should include the order number and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

Returns and Exchanges

Returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

We accept exchanges, subject to product availability.

Briarstone Home pays approved return-shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Contact us before returning an item so we can provide authorization, instructions, and the confirmed return address.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.

The customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Product Warranty

We do not provide an additional commercial product warranty.

Products that are defective or have another covered problem may qualify for a return, refund, or exchange under our policies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, consumer right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Risk of Loss and Ownership

To the extent permitted by law, risk of loss passes to the customer when the product is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Ownership passes when full payment has been received and the product has been delivered, subject to applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory consumer protections and lawful jurisdiction requirements continue to apply.
